Cerchio Ghisallo rims and handlebar in Belgium

We are pleased to show bicycle assembled by our customer Geert Sonck, Belgium.

Bicycle has been entirely designed by Geert and mounts a 2 speed coaster barke rear hub and Kojaj tyres.

Rims are Cerchio Ghisallo clinchers Sport model and handlebar is an Ultrasteel SemiStraight model with internal steel rod

A Breda bicycle from France mounting Cerchio Ghisallo Strada model tubular rims

We are glad to present this Breda bicycle mounting Cerchio Ghisallo Strada model tubular rims, bicycle that will participate to this year Eroica edition at Gaiole in Chianti.

A curiousity, inside front lamp it is mounted a vidoe camera that will result in a great movie along Chianti white roads.

Bicycle has been conserved by Mr. Laurent Joblot, Francce, framework brand  “Breda” made in 1955 by omonymous framemaker in the city of Cormatin,  Saone et Loire department.

It is a spectacular tandem, totally restored by Rijwielen Smets. This tandem was made in Belgium in 1932.
We found it completely rusted en gave it is second life with Ghisallo wooden rims. We call it the Rijwielen Smets limousine!

It is our Rijwielen Smets ‘Louis’. We build bespoke bicycles and the ‘Louis’ is our commuting model.
‘Louis’ is the name of my grandfather who started Rijwielen Smets in 1952. The bikes are built on request with Ghisallo wooden rims.
